Laser images is one of a select group of printers who provide large-volume jumbo intelligent selective inserting. Our jumbo inserting equipment allows you to insert material into a 9 x 12 envelope. With intelligent matching capabilities and the ability to include selective enclosures to different individuals, you have unprecedented control over your jumbo mailing.
 

We have the capacity to do large-volume intelligent inserting in #10 size envelopes, as well as jumbo envelopes. Intelligent matching allows you to include more than one personalized item in the same mailing. A camera system electronically reads an identifying number on documents intended to go together and ensures that they match properly.
 

With selective inserting capabilities you can choose within each mailing operation which recipients will receive which enclosures. Some individuals can receive one enclosure and other individuals can receive a different enclosure. Our automated camera system allows us to constantly monitor the process for quality control.
 

Our project teams have extensive knowledge to help you get the most from your mailing budget. We use Group I postal software to standardize addresses, add zip + 4 codes, and have the ability to identify duplicate names and addresses. With Postnet, delivery point bar coding, and appropriate sorting and bundling, you benefit from the lowest postage rates.
 

Our bindery services include collating, tabbing, trimming, and folding.
