DRC Announces

Laser Images provides services for direct marketing, financial statements, and other communication projects. The following profile illustrates one of our projects.

Our customer's need:

A bank customer wanted to send a letter to 80,000 customers making it easy for them to use funds from their home equity account for holiday dollars.

Laser Images solution:

We worked with the customer and

	Designed a pre-printed letterform with attached, perforated check blank forms.
	Developed a custom program to convert the data file provided by the bank to the format needed for variable printing the letter and check account information.
	Created a digital version of the bank's logo and the president's signature.
	Used Group I postal software to standardize addresses and add zip + 4 codes.

The result was:

	80,000 letters individually printed with customer name, address, personal account information, and MICR numbers on the check blanks complete with bank logo and signature.
	Folded and inserted the letter/check document, along with an information sheet about bank rate changes, into a #10 envelope and mailed the letters.
