Scannable Documents offers many optional services that help make data collection easy and efficient. Our services include:

	Document numbering (lithocodes, serial numbering, barcodes, and MICR numbering)
	File hole punching, perforations, and corner cuts
	Booklet collating, folding, and shrinkwrapping

High-speed laser printing provides tremendous flexibility for customizing and personalizing your scannable documents. Pre-printing forms with data from your database increases the accuracy of your results because you do not depend upon the user to provide critical information.

Laser printing provides accurate, high quality black and white printing and the ability to print highlight color.

Our laser-printing capabilities include:

	Variable intelligent printing of names, addresses, codes, or other information
	Document identification (barcodes in multiple formats, MICR numbering, tracking codes, sequential numbering, and alpha-numeric identification codes with check digits)

DRC provides complete in-house packaging and mailing services to support large-scale projects.

We can do inserting with intelligent matching, as well as selective inserting to specific recipients.

Our project teams have extensive knowledge to help you get the most from your mailing budget. We use Group I postal software to standardize addresses, to add zip + 4 codes, and to identify duplicate names and addresses. With Postnet, delivery-point barcoding, and appropriate sorting and bundling, you benefit from the lowest postage rates.
