OMR/Image scanning requires a level of accuracy that few printers can deliver.
 
We use the highest quality presses and calibrate our equipment to meet exacting tolerances. We maintain our equipment to standards of precision that are well beyond the manufacturers’ recommended tolerances, allowing our operators a high level of control over the finished product. To ensure accuracy throughout the print run, the press operators continually perform quality checks.
 
Proper scanning, however, depends upon more than accurate printing. It also requires special paper and inks. The paper must have sufficient reflectivity and the inks must provide optimal levels of opacity and contrast. Our quality control team tests all our paper stock and inks to be sure that they meet the requirements needed for accurate scanning.
